TwoSistas welcomed to today’s podcast on this WealthWellnessWednesday, Cassandra Geter. Cassandra is a writer, and a health coach and she is on a mission to empower women to manage their chronic illnesses, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and pre-diabetes, and to teach a new healthier approach to food so that they can live better lives.
Cassandra’s story revolves around her own diagnosis. She was faced with a pre-diabetic condition and was at the point where she would be prescribed Metformin and perhaps Insulin. She realized that was not the route she wanted to take with her health. She was very successful in reversing her pre-diabetic condition as well as reversing her high cholesterol naturally. As an added bonus, she lost weight!
She had faith in her mission and as a Chemist, she decided to study health coaching and assist others with chronic illnesses. (She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry. She later received her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.)
As a mom and wife, Cassandra understands that life can be busy at times and a bit overwhelming. She absolutely loves what she does and her mission has never been clearer!
Thank you so much Cassandra! Your insight and mission to help others is amazing! To learn more about Cassandra and to connect with her further, please check out her website and other social media platforms:
